Nomadic Display offers you the best warranty coverage in the industry. Our guarantee means that if your Platinum® panel frame fails due to defective material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge for life.

What is Covered
Repairs: This warranty covers repairs or replacements to correct defects during the Warranty Period.

Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the day you receive covered Nomadic products that have been purchased on or after September 1, 1999 and ends at the expiration of the coverage listed below.

Coverage: Platinum® panels constructed of extruded aluminum are covered for a lifetime of ownership by the original retail purchaser. Nomadic will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Platinum® panel frame returned because it fails due to defective material or craftsmanship. North America - Shipping costs: Nomadic pays return surface, standard shipping charges for the defective item(s) only. You may request and prepay the added cost of expedited transport. Ireland - Shipping costs: Nomadic will arrange and pay return standard shipping charges for the defective item(s) only. You may request and prepay the added cost of expedited transport.

What is not Covered
Laminate, fabric or graphic treatments (digital, photo or any other) are not covered by this warranty. Damage due to misuse, accident, vandalism, natural disasters or losses in shipment may be covered by your insurance and/or common carrier. Please check these sources prior to contacting Nomadic. Consequential expenses and economic losses, including personal time and inconvenience, are not covered by this warranty.

Other Products: Platinum® accessories (e.g. lights, headers, bridges, plexiglass shelves, counters and shipping cases) are covered for defects due to materials or craftsmanship for one year. Removable Platinum® parts (e.g. Connectors, adjustable foot) are covered for defects due to materials or craftsmanship for 90 days. ImageMaker™ panels and accessories are covered for defects due to materials or craftsmanship for one year. Removable ImageMaker™ parts (e.g. stacking pins) are covered for defects due to materials or craftsmanship for 90 days.

Repairs: Items not covered by warranty may be repaired at a reasonable cost that is agreed to, in advance, between you and Nomadic. While we will make every effort to provide fabrics and laminates to match your original product, please be advised that colors will vary among dye lots.
